3v3 Dampening

Name of the problem: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=110310/dampening in 3v3 matches

Whats bugged: It starts only after 16 minutes of arena (3v3 only, didnt tested for 5v5) and the arena ends up on 60% dampening

How it should be: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=110310/dampening should start at 5 minutes of arena in 2s and 10 minutes in 3s, arena should not end at 60% dampening.

Realm where you tested it: Cross

Priority: 10/10, it nerf dampening comp/classes like LSD2/1

I mean.. you will never reach 60% damp anyway in 3s...

 

It starting after 10 min is something else yeah. Most games are max 5-10 min though (not even 10, maybe like 1-7)

I areadly ended more than 12 games before it should and both teams loose rating cuz o 60% damp end game

1% dampening = 10 sec time

in 2s (start after 5m):

when dampening 67% = 15 minute arena = lock new cast/use gates

90% dampening = 20 minute arena = close (how on retail panda)

 

in 3s (start after 10m) = A week ago worked correctly
