Even with only 1 sucessfull root applyed. How it should be: Should generate ice lance charge only from http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=33395/freeze Affected targets. Priority 11/10 - It makes comps like RMD, to get 2x ice lance procs if you freeze a cloned target. Every single player that got here was noticing a pressure difference. Maybe it's scaling and interactions of passives... I can't bother with it anymore. Autschbatsch Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 Well yea, I wasn't here for as long as you guys and it's been already 2years since I started here so I can't even tell anymore ^^ I'm just letting you know when I got here i was 100% convinced that DMG of warriors is off. And for anyone with good connections or anything will get a good reward for finding anything that can help in that regard. Some people say that it could be a general meele bug aswell.
