After purchase race change all mounts and achievements dissapeared.

Today I bought char on x100. Hunter called Wizdrøw and before I logged on char I purchased race change and renamed it to Huynimm. I saw old owner of this character on not only one mount flying around me so I'd like to get fixed it. Also achievements dissapeared. Even such as Achiev for 20 level...

Maybe I have not good prooves for mounts, however if you can at least fix achievements would be great.

Have you tried using Dalaran NPC to fix your achievements / have you tried repairing your character ?

What dalaran NPC? And yes I clicked fix character on site.

 

Btw. Cant you just check some game logs? Donate history etc of old owner of this character?? It would proove 100% there were donate items achievs etc...

Even when i logged on char i saw transmogified crown of eternal winter however without this item in bag / bank so ;/

Also, I understand that you may lost all the mounts your character had before the purchase but keep in mind that some mounts are account binded.
