Here's exactly link for that quest on wowhead: Surprise Attack! :o It doesnt work on both realms. I tested it long time ago but reported now so lets say (08.05.2017) Priority: ofc 10 How should it work? Just type on yt this quest xD there's supposed to be an npc for it.
