Problem: When Holy Shock is on cd and you get locked on holy, you can cast Holy Shock once it comes off cd. 3. How it should work: If you get locked out on holy, Holy Shock should also be uncastable for the duration of the lockout like the rest of your spells. 4. Realm: Fun 5. Date: 5/21/2017 6.
