My game is stuck in Russian, I cannot turn it to english, help please?

I have doen this multiple times. And still doesn't work. that is why i have posted on the Forums.

Change language in config file.

And uncheck "Read only" from game folder.

now it says "can't stream required archive data"....i changed it just like you said and it didn't work..:/ Edited May 25, 2017 by Noshoww66
