Eternal Flame HoPo consumption

2. Problem: It consumes up to 4 Holy Power, even though the heal value counts as 3HP.

3. How it should work: Should only consume up to 3 Holy Power.

To clarify, this is a new bug with the update, it didn't exist before. Word of Glory works fine. Edited May 29, 2017 by Halta
