Doesn't Charge - https://gyazo.com/06fd7936c737492d1495f6661679ca5e (as you see in this gif I tried to dash to the monk by using http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=106839/skull-bash and I didn't get charged onto him and had to move to get the Bash ,You can see I dashed to him as he obtained the Skull Bash debuff 3. Has to charge - https://gyazo.com/b1048e1771fc7b1ab884317642486e56 (working on world) 4. 30/05/2017 5.
