This happend after the update Pandawow atm: What should happen: Deals 306 to 392 (+ 33.5% of Spell power) Ice Lance damage is quadrupled against frozen targets. + got a 20% damage boost in a hotfix Proof: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Ice_Lance https://web-beta.archive.org/web/20140823033605/http://www.wowhead.com:80/spell=30455#changelog I want to note I had 3 PvE items + stacked intellect + used a potion and YET I do way less damage. With this kind of setup, on retail it would've been easily over 85-90k. Realm: x100 fun cross Priority: 1000000000/10 Holy shit, spamming 60-70k Ice Lance atm with every cd + potions? Is this some kind of a joke? Hope this will get fixed ASAP You will spam 50k Ice Lance on a warrior and 45k on a rogue with feint xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD........
