Fun/cross etc 6. 10/10 Latest Wowhead hotfix was Build 17314 http://de.wowhead.com/news=218372/5-4-ptr-build-17314-spell-changes-spec-specific-legendary-proc-values-and-more That Fix got tested at August 20, 2013 and went live at September 10, 2013 That is the latest Wowhead changelog aswell Using the exact copy of the 2013 version from Wowhead since the new Wowhead page has wrong dates etc. As you can see Ice lance Buff from 2013-09-23 is missing out. http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Patch_5.4.0hotfix2 which came September 24 is missing completly. I think every dev can look into the formular and see whats wrong, if you still need any calculations, let me know.
