Depends what do you like to play? do you like to play a tank that can solo stuff has great self healing and survivability or would you like a tank that is reliant on healers?

 

Imo guardian druids are the strongest ( only with 4 set )

 

Then prot paladins ( only with gear )

 

Then brewmaster monks ( really good with vengeance )

 

Then Blood DK'S they are the weakest atm.
