i have downloaded those enUS pack from your site and placed them in Data folder

Most likely, some of your files are corrupted. Therefore, if what Weegee said didn't work you need to download full client again and do a force re-check when your download will finish.

i tryed to open it with RU pack and it worked so i think the files are missing something
