Name of the spell: Echo of the Elements

 

Whats the bug:

 

On the spell duplicate, its getting critical hits by it own (gif 1)

 

Sometimes it procs 3 times (gif 2)

 

Echo of the elements bypasses windfury attack procs which should be max 3 and makes it 4 proccs which also makes the icd not trigger and you are able to get 7+ proccs (gif 3)

 

Also it duplicates windfury attacks (Quote1)

 

How it should be:

- Should only be crit if the spell it duplicates was crit

- Should proc only 1 time with cooldown.

- Should not bypass the 3 windfury procs as say in the tooltip
