2. When you use a disorienting effect on a fear and the disorienting effect ends you will be able to move your character while still under the effect of fear

3. Should not be able to control your character

6. 7/10 can happen and will change the game since they can line of sight etc.

It used to happen before the fear effect too, if you apply the disortening > fear > disortening end.

 

Or as you said, Fear > disortening > disortening end

Fixed for Pyschic Scream, character stay static, but

Not fixed for http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=211522/psyfiend fear, character still able to move after recieve disortening effect

Could not test with other fears, because of wargame bugs
