I actually prefer the new vendors, they're much more organised for noobs and feel nicer to navigate. But I know the set you're on about probably: is it Tier 15 Heroic? I wanted that too for one of my shams but alas it will never be QQ :( - - - Updated - - - idk why they removed Tier 15 heroic but it keeps me awake at night..
