I actually prefer the new vendors, they're much more organised for noobs and feel nicer to navigate. But I know the set you're on about probably:

 

is it Tier 15 Heroic?

 

I wanted that too for one of my shams but alas it will never be QQ :(

idk why they removed Tier 15 heroic but it keeps me awake at night..

We won't change them back.

It's class set vendors, so buy equip for your class, not for anothers.

 

We've made better navigation , now you don't need to search for one item among a bunch of others.
