but its not about gcd. when client execute macros and tries to cast spell aura is not removed for client.

"/cancelaura" just sends request to the server to remove the aura, but he doesnt wait for response from the server and tries to execute next command

Not sure what you just wrote there nor why you explain to us something that has no meaning for us to be known thanks anyways i suppose.

 

But it does not work it triggers a gcd for no reason go ahead and retest it or ask someone to help you that knows how it works maybe a certain priest that has played more than 20k games with this issue....

 

If i write a cancelaura for my iceblock and put cs after it also triggers no gcd why should this trigger one if it even works with 2 separate macros???

Heisenberg just explained why a cancelaura macro + a spell which has a GCD doesnt work... lol?

 

The macro is executing the /cast chastise earlier than he realises that the Aura is actually cancled.

Question now is, can you fix that for this 1 specific spell or not?

/cancelauras aren't immediate, unlike simply right clicking the buff.

So the game attempts instead to cast Holy Word: Serenity or Holy Word: Sanctuary, both of which I presume have a cooldown, despite not having the necessary chakra: It's a bug.

It's possible to run a script that will right click your chakra buffs but it only works out of combat.

I'm still willing to discuss with everyone that this should work, luckily for you i found a one button solution myself which solves the problem.

 

Just want to mention that a cancelaura without using a spell should not trigger a gcd at any time :D
