2. It doesn't work in bgs (I don't know about arenas) only in the open world. Furthermore, when this glyph decides to work, it only works for one lightwell, when you create a new one is not clickable anymore.

3. Must work in bgs even after the first lightwell has expired.

1. The scale is up to 10.

2. If it doesn't work in bg, prob won't work in arena even though it's never used in arena
