2. It doesn't attack your target if there's any nearby targets around the totem; It should target your target and change when you change your target.

 

3. Realm: x100/Fun/Cross (tested today 8/16/2017)

 

4. 10/10 (it's important for both elemental and enhancement to do extra damage on the target and not attacking other players {which in some cases it breaks CC effects})
