Larc Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 I have a friend who stopped playing for a year and now he has come back to the server, but he does not remember his account name. He remembers the password, name of his characters, but he does not remember his account name and e-mail. Is there a way to help him recover his old account, his characters still exist and are on the database. He just cannot acces his account. He also said that he cannot create an account in the forums. English is not his first language and he doesn't speak Russian either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

A friend of yours could create topic with all information he still remember: Characters, their nicknames, possible special signs. Possible email, or maybe he remember any part of email. It also very helpful. Also with account name - maybe he have any assumptions, what a name it can be or what a word it could contains. Describe when he logged in last time. We will check logs for this time period. IP. Say all your IP we can find in logs of this account. If he is an owner of this account we will see it. Upload screenshots of these characters if you have them. We will try to help you if you'll give any helpful information.

I was up to one year ago so I stopped and stopped trying to log in and I do not know my user name I know something is hellboy I just do not know the exact password I know so I can not remember exactly the user name The characters that I had were Night elf warrior-Our Lady, Blood elf priest -Kartel, Deadknight -Metallica human these characters I remember. My IP Address is -92.240.62.247 know so much about this account I might have some character but I do not know exactly so i have played several times in the internet club alo most at home so this is my IP address so much I know .:D
