Problem at Black Temple

I've tried to do solo BT and when I joined the instance there's empty, not a single npc or something. Some advice ?

Have you tried changing the difficulty?

 

From normal to heroic, and same goes for the dungeon mode Hc / Nm (challenge mode will make your istance empty)

It used to be based on 25Normal version. At least when I ran this dung I was going this difficulty. It was always working.
