Need to Change E-mail before i lose more characters please

Good evening dear Admin.

 

1- Account name:

 

2- Realm: Pandawow-Fun

 

3- Current Email: --- Email I want to be changed to

4- my IP adress

 

5- I recently changed the email to this one by making thread, but the problem is i lost the access to the new email i asked you to change. i cant make password recovery to that email because i didn't bind phone number to the email :( I need to change the email again because someone still logging in my account (didn't change password yet) and please check logs. I can't donate or anything, i don't feel safe on my account. and already lost 2 characters from my account, hope you change it as soon as possible.

(tried to change my email via binding phone number in pandawow.ru but it doesn't support my country :(,
