I have really problem about logging in, I already download the full client of your server but then when I logged in there was an error that my account was banned? Please help me so we can play here.. Please reply ASAP

I got also a problem when I logging in your website and when I forgot password still they dont give an email so that I can change password..

If you use Gmail, have you checked your spam folder? I once spent an hour looking for my email because I didn't even find where my Spam folder was located and there's where I got my email.
