Cant Send Account Bound Items to a character I bought?

Hello, I recently bought a character and I tried to send [Hood of Hungering Darkness] an account bound item and it says cannot send to characters who arent on your account. This character Hawtboi is on my account i recently purchased it off the website. I was wondering if an admin can assist me so i can tmog it by either helping me send it to him and then send it back. Please and Thank you :D

You need to wait a couple of days before being able to send BoA items.

 

Same issue is with the titles, you will get them after a while.
