Example: Warrior Stormbolt is in the air flying towards you while your Dominate Mind successfully finishes casting on the Warrior and the Warrior is now on Dominate Mind DR, the Stormbolt shortly after arrives on you and stuns you "it says in yellow writing 'Evade'" although still proceeds to stun you, what should happen is: When your Dominate Mind finishes casting successfully on your target, if they have a CC in the air such as Stormbolt / Hammer of Justice / Chastise etc etc etc upon landing on you it should (and does) say "Evade" in yellow writing, but the problem is: the CC which was in the air at the time of your Dominate Mind cast completion disrupts your channeling and proceeds to CC you, upon landing a Dominate Mind on somebody it should remain channeling and evade the CC entirely, acting like a Shadow Meld, it is very difficult to reproduce for most spells, except Stormbolt, this is very easy to test with.

 

FYI: aoe spells (damage/CC) such as Priest fear and Shockwave behave correctly while under such a scenario, it appears to be only direct stuns (I believe scatter is behaving correctly too)
