Flying Mount after Arena

My apologies if this is already posted, although I was unable to find it:

 

1. Flying Mount

 

2. If you mount your flying mount and fly into the air, when your queue pops - upon leaving arena your flying mount begins to fall and no longer flies until you dismount and remount, it should be unaffected and maintain flying capabilities

Resume: When you enter in cross server while flying, when you come back you loose momentanly your flying skills, making you to fall apart and need to re-cast your flying mount.
