Name: Glyph of Flash of Light

Problems:

  1. The glyph buff does not get consumed by eternal flame.
  2. It gets consumed by stay of execution's HoT ticks.
  3. Flash of Light can consume it, but it doesn't reproc it.

How it should work:

  1. The buff should get consumed by eternal flame.
  2. It shouldn't get consumed by stay of execution's HoT ticks, only from the initial execution cast, to increase the whole ability by 10%.
  3. Flash of Light should be able to consume the buff, but also re-proc a new buff.

Realm: Fun

Priority: 7/10 losing 10% on our biggest heal.

Needs Review, If you apply the buff before stay execution spell, it fades and does not change the tick heals. Should increase whole spell by 10% if applied on start.

Вешаем баф - 748..8302 (680*1.1=748; 7548*1.1=8302) "to increase the whole ability by 10%" все ок.
