How it should work: If you reapply an eternal flame HoT, the tick timer should continue normally without resetting. Date: 27/10/2017 Realm: Fun Priority: 9/10 Proof: Here I'm reapplying flame just before the next 1.697 tick is about to happen, and the tick timer resets.
