2. After equipping a proc trinket like Prideful Gladiator's Insignia of Conquest as an example, It should have a cooldown before being able to proc but It doesnt.

( If you look at my addon you see there is a red timer which actually shows the cooldown It should have, but It doesnt work )

 

 

This is being abused in bgs by rogues by proccing 2 trinkets, vanishing equipping 2 others then re-opening and dealing massive amounts of damage... Its an easy fix, ty
