Like 50% of the healers that queued or more weren't full gear, and its healers we need to q, or else the queue will never pop. Also, if you insist on putting an Ilvl Requirement on, make it like full Grevious, not full Prideful ffs... MMR sorts it anyway, you don't need ilvl requirement - it just means less queues.
