2. The multistrike healing part ( " 33% " ) is scaling / working incorrectly. Currently it is doing way more than 33% of the initial heal.

 

3. When you heal a target, if the multistrike healing part procs from that initial heal it will do 33% of the "heal" as multistrike healing to the target.

As you can see from the "Combat Log" screenshot I did 206,430 Surging Mist & the multistrike healed me for 118,126 which is incorrect as 33% of 206,430 would be 68,121 at the moment the trinket is doing around 55-60% of the heal in multistrike form or even more in some cases.

 

Now if you look at the "Skada Screenshots" I did a 103,500 Surging Mist and my trinket ( Multistrike ) healed me for 81,200 which is also incorrect as 33% of 103,500 is 34,155 again the trinket did over 80% of the heal in multistrike form.
