Learned Recipe not showing under Professions tab

Hello,

 

Here is my bug report, I looted and then learned this design:

2. I looted and learned this recipe, but it is not showing under my profession tab.

 

3. Should be simple enough to just go into the recipes tab and create it. I have the necessary regents, but cannot see it

I also attempted to log out and log back in, but still is not showing.
