The NPC in Dalaran "The Amazing Zanzo" http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=32712/the-amazing-zanzo is not able to teach you the polymorph pig variation http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=28272/polymorph.

 

Should have the spell as a learnable thing.
