Displaymode changed automaticly and can't change it to full screen

i just logged on before some days and my wow just open in a small Window mode, after i wanted to change my display mode it tells me that: https://imgur.com/a/sWYyZ

if i change it on full screen display mode it dont work realy.. just look like this: https://imgur.com/a/sPhwN

so whats the problem or what could it be and how can i fix that?

Have you tried using our launcher?

 

And have you tried re-opening the game?

 

If both of those options don't work, try re-downloading the whole game again.

 

If the issue still persists after the launcher & re-downloading the game, its an issue at your end.

 

(Try disabling all of your addons as well)
