Can someone share the link to download pwow 'Without Utorrent'

And again dont tell me how to download the english language cause I dont understand it. Just give me the link that can let me play while its downloading...

The torrent default language is Russian, here it is shown to you how to make it English, all files and instructions are there http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=115946

 

(You need to make a folder in data named enGB or enUS and put the files which you've downloaded in the correct folder which you have made)
