Cant recover my accounts usename and password with e mail

Is there someone who can help me recover my account since i havent played in 2 years, i have forgoten my password and username but i still have the e-mail adress but the new password and username that i got from my e mail dont work . If someone could help me it would be great

Your characters must be deleted due to inactivity so I guess there is no reason to help you recover your account. Also, since you forgot your username and password it's really hard for you to prove that you're the real owner of the account so I doubt that we can help you.
