You can't battle-pet with her, making it impossible to complete quests and achievements. 3. When you talk to her, there should be an option to battle her, to complete your quests (http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=31693/julia-stevens) and achievements (http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=6601/taming-the-wild)(http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=6603/taming-eastern-kingdoms) and a few other achievements. 4. 26.Dec.2017 5. x100 realm 6. 4/10 - A few achievements require this kind of NPC working to be completed. I still didn't tested other battle-pet tamers, but probably they share the same bug.
