"You have been disconnected from the server"

Hi,

 

I want to start playing this server and I followed all the steps for the macOS version and everything was fine until the launchers - I got the message that the "“PandaWoW” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash."

 

So I used a launcher that I had installed on the computer, and I could open the game fine - When I enter my username and password in it just says 'you have been disconnected from the server'.

 

I checked the control panel and there is nothing there that says I am banned or anything (new account).
