Doesn't receive transfer email

Im trying 3 days to transfer character from one of my accounts to another but the emails doesn't come.

Check if you got any emails from our server in your spam folder. If the issue still persists you can make a change email request here in this section and we will change your email manually. Also, if you decide to make a request please make sure to follow the format and I recommend you to use a gmail as new email address in your account since it's more reliable.
