5. Proof that you're the real owner of the account and email (If Microsoft have deleted your Hotmail/Outlook, you don't have to) I have everything needed.

6. Decribe your problem and why you want to change your email: I can not transfer my characters. Emails for transfer does not come.

Don't worry I will check your IP logs but I need you to indicate in your format some of your IPs so I can be sure that you're the real owner of this account. If you don't do that I am afraid that I can't complete your request so I will let this thread opened for some hours in order to edit your format and write some of your IPs.
