2.Problem

When you use http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=137573/burst-of-speed works, but buff in buff bar dosent appear!

Both in Stealth and Unstealth

Show in Video it instantly disappears ( look at buff bar)

 

3.How Should work

It shoud appear in buff bar as 3 second buff
