Purchased Magic Broom and it disappeared from inventory

Hello, i purchased the magic broom mount, it was not useable and it disappeared from my bag after a day i think.

You can't use Magic broom whenever you want. There is a specific event for that mount. (Halloween)

Our policy is to not refund items which got obtained in-game. Also, this mount as you can read in its description is usable only in halloween that's why you couldn't use it.
