2. There is no 3-3.6 sec delay between gaining a new stack the boss applies a new stack on every successful melee attack he does.

 

3. There should be a delay on gaining these stacks ( It's around 3 - 3.6 seconds ) Mostly 3.6 second's though.

NOTE: On PANDAWOW the first 5-7 stacks are all on per melee attack, after that it's random sometimes it's 3.6 seconds & sometimes it's after every melee attack.
