Repitchx Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Beacon of Light and Mastery are not affected by Dampening/Battle fatigue/Nerve Strike because the original heal already is. That would be double dipping. Why shouldn't the glyph double dip? I'm just asking for proof.
