Apecrime Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 Hello all, I used to play on this server a year or two back, because of personal reasons I had to quit and now that I came back I found that a character I bought from the shop has dissapeared? It was a full prideful death knight.

All you need to do is to log-in with your game account here, select option "show all services" and then click at "work with character". There you can find the feature which allows you to restore your deleted character. Let me know if your character can be restored or not.
Apecrime Posted May 20, 2018 Author Posted May 20, 2018 I tried that before I posted and the character is not anywhere on the list, I'm not really sure what to do now since its been a while since i've played and cant really remember the characters name.
Game Masters Jegerm Posted May 20, 2018 Game Masters Posted May 20, 2018 If your characters aren't in the list it means that all of them got deleted in the last server clean up. In this case, we're unable to restore your characters so if you want to continue playing in our server you have to create new characters. Closed 1
