Spell: http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=116023

Issue: If triggered by an enemy attack the monk can refresh his stacks on all targets around him.

What should happen: Should be target specific so should only be refreshable from attacks of the monk on the target that triggered the inital stack

Realm: x100/fun/cross

Priority: 8/10

Proof: Thanks halta :)

If you attack them back meaning if you are getting attacked while having it up.

The initial buff procced from the hunter's pet, which stops attacking him from infront at some point. It has nothing to do with the paladin. I think it might be target-specific.

In the soda video it kept refreshing even when the feral was swept into fist.

So what about this then xd?

No idea how this should be working but it does absolutely not make sense to always have 15% deflect / parry even if your not getting attacked why have a cooldown on it then in the first place

Yeah it's definitely target-specific.

You can see that the treant was the one who procced the buff.

Then you can see the treant disappear, which is why the debuff isn't refreshed later and is lost, until the 30cd is up so it can proc again.
