I killed Garrosh but I did not win the mount.

arrived a message in the mail when I killed Garrosh, I thought it was my mount, but the message came empty, I won the title, but the mount nothing.

We can't refund your item if that's what you want to ask. The mail will probably arrive after few hours so please be patient. In case you won't receive the mount after hours you can create a bug report here. Make sure that if the achievement got obtained long time ago or you bought this character then it's normal to not receive your mount.
