2. This taunt effect of this ability is currently working on BOSS targets. What is meant by this is that if the target is a SKULL then it will not work.

 

3. The ability should not be taunting bosses as of 5.2/5.3 on wards and are no changes too it. (Never worked on bosses even in prior patches such as 2011 ( 5.0.5 ) it never worked. )

P.S There are 0 video's of rogues using this ability on bosses because it just simply was not possible on BOSS target levels.
