2. When you use skull bash at it's maximum range but jump backwards or further than the range it specifies it will not charge too the target.

 

Example: Skull bash is 13 yards, if you use it at 13 yards but at the same time jump backwards meaning your character is now " 14 yards away " the charge effect gets negated meaning it does not work.

 

3. It should still charge too your target ( Should still have it's animation ) as you used it at 13 yards.
