ARENA and BG problem ;(

Hi,there !

Guys i have a problem i download a new launcher on game and i cant que BG's and ARENA's. I download a ,,Microsoft C++ 2015 86 and 64 but its still not work again. I try to reinstall game but its still not work again what i need to do ? PLEASE HELP

Also try installing the .net framework 4.7.1 and Update for Universal C Runtime.

Had the same issue, i think restarting the pc and repairing the character may help aswell.
